Africa is a vast mission field ready to be harvested. Many missionaries over the years have labored tirelessly to break the ground and plant the seeds of the Gospel. In years past Africa was referred to as the dark continent, mainly because of the spiritual darkness that hovers over every village and town. In most places today doors are wide open for the Gospel. Places that would not allow the preaching of the Gospel in times past are now vibrant with churches. Local chiefs and traditional fetish priests are turning to Christ. Idols are being burnt and songs of praise are rising up all across the hills and valleys of the continent. We can look back and say the labors of people like David Livingston, a man who loved Africa till death, and others have not been in vain. We can all see the fruit that has come out of their labors.

As we look at the past and see how it has so much influenced the present, it is important for us to find ways that we can also shape the future. The foundation has been laid on Christ the solid rock, and we are to build upon that foundation; ministries and outreaches that will go a long way into the future to be a blessing for generations to come.

Although Africa is being reached with the Gospel, and as a result thousands of villages are seeing the light, there are still thousands that have yet to be reached. The question is how do we reach the unreached villages and also continue to minister to the already reached communities?

The Center For Africa Missions was established to focus the attention of Christians in Africa and elsewhere on strategic missions that will see the whole continent reached with the Gospel in the next twenty years.

Jesus said in the following passages:

And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:12

Jesus said unto them, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work. Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh the harvest? And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. John 4:34-37

In obedience to the Word of the Lord we must work to spread the Gospel and reap the harvest of souls. All around us the fields are ready for harvest in Africa.

Two Fold Mission

1. Reach out to the saved and transform them from ordinary Christians into Christian workers who will labor to expand the Kingdom.

2. Reach the unsaved with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make them disciples.

Primary Focus

The Center for Africa Missions focuses primarily on indigenous African villages. Poor and deprived communities where the message of hope is needed most. In these communities we bring the Gospel and acts of kindness to ensure total transformation of hearts and lives.
